sandwiches de mezcla

i got this recipe from my mom and then proceeded to eye ball the ingredients as i put it in the blender. if i ever take the measurements i will input them here some day... people do sandwiches de mezcla in very different ways which is why i can't even just link to another recipe bc they are all different! here one i found though.

sandwiches de mezcla: a popular party plate in puerto rican culture. i fucking love these sandwiches to death i could probably eat a whole loaf of bread of these in one sitting.

ingredients

• cheese dip, i used cheez whiz
• bell pepper, we use the ones that come in cans
• luncheon meat, pork
• mayonnaise
• bread slices

tools:

• a blender

procedure

• put everything in the blender. (EXCEPT THE BREAD SLICES)
• orange goop
• spread orange goop in a sandwiches
• cut corners
• cut a cross in the sandwich so its cuts into 4 pieces
• delicious orange goop sandwiches! it should look like this
